There's so much wrong in this article I'm not sure what's most disturbing.James Fallows reminds us that, while Dick Cheney's score-settling behavior is unprecedented among former vice presidents, there is a sort of tradition among sitting VPs that Cheney successfully revived during his tenure: Shooting people.
