The final numbers have been posted in the special Congressional election in Northern New York.Doug Hoffman is now mathematically eliminated from any possibility of overtaking Bill Owens in the final vote count:
It’s now mathematically impossible for Doug Hoffman to take the lead in the New York special election, with his deficit now larger than the number of outstanding ballots left to be counted.
