Should I or shouldn't I?
I'm torn.
I can't decide. This was supposed to be a family vacation and while I know Grammy and Papa were coming so that they could watch the Doodle at the hotel and do other things with him' [...]
We're a lot like the National Lampoon's Vacation family. Jim gets called Clark Griswold a lot. He thinks it's a compliment.
I'm trying to remain optimistic.
And, I'm going to keep saying it. It's hard this parenting thing; 
We had visitors today and Jimmy couldn't have been happier. Two of Jim's brothers and his nephew and great nephews came over to ride dirt bikes, play basketball and have a bbq. The Doodle loved being outside watching it all and being a part of [...] 
Watching our little maniac arc around the house all day destroying things has brought me to wonder what he might be like in five years, or ten years or fifteen years. Will he always be throwing things on the floor and tearing books? Will we have [...] 
The Doodle has always had a mind of his own when it comes to wanting what he wants when he wants it. The term "patience" is completely lost on him; he can't tell when he has to wait five seconds or three minutes for something' [...] 
The gift from Jimmy's party that keeps giving...the flu. I'm pretty sure that's where I got it. So nice to have little kids in school. They bring home all kinds of wonderful things like colds, sore throats, head lice, the flu.

Parties are fun. Gives people a reason to dress up...

This is what a Doodle Bug looks like on anti-seizure medicine bouncing off the walls--around midnight because the anti-seizure medication which is a sedative has the opposite effect on our already ADHD bad sleeper. Our poor drugged out baby.
