Delmar Commons shopping center behind the Wawa store is a welcome addition to our economy, along with the new Happy Harrys Drug store on the far end.
Ok, today the structure over the gas pumps at WAWA are going up, amazing, like a puzzle. I see the building in the back is taking shape also, workers are installing the wall panels and some are on top of the roof beams.
Well as Spring breaks around the shore, we see that the new WAWA on the corner of 13 & 54 is really getting on its way. The metal carcass stands in the setting sun as workers examine the tank locations. [...] 
Ahhhh, temps in the 60's today, maybe it's time for the good weather to be here. Wind blowing a bit but sunny. I can't wait for spring and summer to arrive, plenty of outside project are waiting on me. Here is another postcard from the [...]
