The Minnesota Campaign Finance Board has ruled AGAINST Minneapolis Mayor RT Rybak using funds before filing for Governor.

This filing comes on the same day that the MN Campaign Finance Board was meeting to discuss the campaign complaints against Mayor Rybak.

Yesterday Mayor RT Rybak sent out an email update out of his mayor’s office. In the message, there were several references to the upcoming election which Rybak is on the ballot for re-election.
