In his weekly press conference, coach Lorenzo Romar said freshman C.J. Wilcox will redshirt this season.
The other freshmen Abdul Gaddy and Clarence Trent will play this season, however, Romar said he plans to use an 8-9 man rotation, which figures to leave only a few minutes for Trent.
