Kudos to Anthony Bedell for making FCRC the best Unit in Virginia! The award was given at the annual Advance.
Please stop making up stories that Pat Herrity is challenging Keith Fimian for the right to run for Congress in 2010. Anybody with a brain knows that he’s set on Chairman in 2011.
We clear? Thanks.
That’s right! We’ve been at this blogging business for exactly one year now! Since then, so much has happened in Virginia Politics. It’s been an honor to cover it all and to interact with policy makers. Here’s to many more years!
Vote totals: Hunt (955), Horinko (479) and Nance (469)
Horinko has yet to return my email requests for an interview, so I’m posting the poll now. Stay tuned for my endorsement later.

Marianne Horinko has been telling people that she is pro-choice. If this is true, her nomination is in serious jeopardy. Can she win the GOP nomination and have Ken Cuccinelli’s blessing?
When I interview her, I’ll ask.
30 jobs have been created. Except there’s one problem. Arizona only has 8 Congressional Districts.
So, the question is, where did the jobs go? More here.
More here.
The caucus also re-elected its three top leaders: Morgan Griffith as majority leader, Sam Nixon as caucus chairman and Kirk Cox as majority whip.
Steve Hunt, one of the Republican candidates for Ken Cuccinelli’s Senate seat, will be our exclusive guest this Tuesday.
We’ll be meeting Tuesday, Nov. 17th, in JC Room F at 7:30 pm. His website is http://stevehunt.org

Matthew Berry announced yesterday that he is forming an exploratory committee to see if he should run against Jim Moran. Not sure what the rest of the GOP field is going to be like, but anybody is an improvement over Moran.
Today, I see a Congressman Keith Fimian
Interesting write up by Too Conservative.
Looks like everyone had a good election night. Well, except for the Democrats that is.
Congrats to Bob McDonnell, Bill Bolling and Ken Cuccinelli!
Also, Jim LeMunyon, Tag Greason, Barbara Comstock, the incumbents, and Patty Reed! What a great night! I’ll provide coverage and commentary throughout the week.
